Code of Conduct

3. Punctuality:
Both students and tutors are expected to be punctual for scheduled sessions. If a party is late, they should notify the other in advance.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Booking Sessions:
Students can enroll sessions at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Students can cancel up to 12 hours before the session starts. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a fee.
Tutor Cancellations:
Tutors should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel a session.
3. Payment and Refunds

Payments must be made in advance before sessions can be booked. Payment plans and discounts may be available for bulk bookings.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be granted if a session is canceled by the tutor or if a student cancels within the allowed time frame. No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice.

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be handled by the platform’s support team.
4. Tutor Qualifications and Responsibilities

Tutors must provide proof of their qualifications in their subject areas. All tutors must pass a background check.
Teaching Standards:

Feedback and Reviews:
Tutors will receive feedback from students after each session and good ratings from students.

Students should come prepared for their sessions, with all necessary materials and assignments ready.

Active participation in sessions is encouraged. Students should ask questions and engage fully in the learning process.
Academic Integrity:
Students are expected to adhere to principles of academic integrity.
6. Platform Usage
Account Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Sharing account details with others is prohibited.
Appropriate Use:
The platform should be used for educational purposes only. Any misuse, such as spamming or inappropriate content, will result in account suspension or termination.
Technical Issues:
Users should report any technical issues to the platform’s support team. The platform is not responsible for sessions missed due to unreported technical difficulties.
